staying up all night tonight
so i can sleep all day tomorrow and be ready for my next three day stretch of work.
On my "lunch" break at work:
Day 2 of 3 in a row for my first week of night shift. Currently enjoying some peace, quiet, and fresh air outside by the ER. My next couple days off are going to feel so amazing. I don’t think I will ever take a good night’s sleep for granted again.
where did the time go?
is it seriously already september? i feel like i just blinked the past few months away.

final viewing. even more people than yesterday showing support for our family. so thankful. burial tomorrow and our last goodbyes.

Me: What's her name?
Denzel: Angelina
Me: How did you meet her?
Denzel: I was doing my homework during recess because I didn't finish it and she came up to me and told me I was beautiful
Me: So what did you say back!
Denzel: I said, "do you want to be friends?"
